Admissions/Registration Office 
 Your Admission/Registration
The admission/registration office is located in the main lobby of the hospital. Please arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of your appointment time to register. Patients or their immediate family members are requested to provide insurance information. The registration clerk will also verify information regarding addresses, person to notify, etc. at this time. With every visit, you will be asked to sign a consent form for your medical treatment and release of information to your insurance company.
 Once you have completed the registration process, the testing department will be notified that you have arrived and an employee will be out to greet you and escort you in for services.
Open Admissions Policy
It is the policy of Calais Regional Hospital, Calais, Maine, to admit and treat all persons without regard to race, color, sex, handicap, national origin, or religious creed. Admission requirements and assignments of hospital facilities are the same for all persons. There are no distinctions in eligibility for receiving any patient care services. Hospital facilities are available to all patients and visitors.
